The Prayer is still valid as far your intention to continue praying for the sake of Allah is not terminated or stopped or changed. Distraction during the prayer is from Shaitan who always tries to disturb us and spoil our relationship with Allah. It does not invalidate the prayer but you need to focus again on the prayer and avoid the Satanic thoughts (whispering).

It is better to keep your issues with your husband between you and him with out involving others as much as possible. If you both are completely unable to sort your things together then a person from your family with a person from his family can be involved to sort things out. Don't try to make your parents take a negative opinion about your husband by hearing your side of the story before hearing his side. Involving your parents should repair and strengthen the relation between you and your husband and never to create enmity or bad feeling between them and your husband. None of this has anything to do with her being a Seyyidah, and we all know that Islam does not give superiority to any race or group of people or person. The only person that is better than others is he/she with better piety.

You should make sure that your future with her as a wife and mother of your children is peaceful and harmonious with out differences. She must know the main facts of Shia Islam based on the following if the Ahlul Bayt (AS) being the real successors of the Prophet (SAWA). Give her few books to read e.g Then I was guided by Dr Tijani, The Right Path by Sharafuddin, and websites like aqaed.com.
She need to understand the Shia faith from Shia sources and not from the opponents.

Man and woman should not pray together on the same line. She is not allowed to pray ahead of him even if she was a Mahram for him.
She should be during prayers behind him that her place of Sojood (prostration) should not be ahead of the place of his knees during his Sojood.
