If a person misses some days for fasting in Ramadan due to difficulty of having exams, must he fast continuously for 60 days? Is he excused from the Kaffarah through repentance if he did not know about the ruling?

If a person deliberately did not fast any day of the Month of Ramadhan, he has committed a sinful act and he must that day as Qadha and he must fast two months or feed sixty poor Momineen for not fasting that day.

Exams is not be a valid reason to leave fasting, so, the above rule is applicable.

There are different types of sins.

Sins between you and Allah (SWT) without any effect on others can be forgiven if we sincerely repent and decide not to do it again, but sins which have an effect on others need us to remove the bad effect as much as we can. If a person was singing and playing sinful music in public, his sinful acts will continue as far as his followers listen or practice the sinful acts which he has taught them.

If the sinful acts involved the rights of others, these rights must be given back to them before sins are forgiven.

Allah is All-Forgiving and although we should always fear His punishment, we should also always hope in His mercy.  If the servant has remorse for the sin he/she has committed and resolution not to commit it anymore, Allah accepts his/her repentance.  The bad feeling for having committed a sinful act may be a sign of the presence of certain degree of faith in the heart, no matter what people may do or think is relation to it. What matter is Allah's consideration and "indeed Allah loves those who repent and those who purify themselves" (2:222). Never underestimate your sins, neither take them lightly, but focus on serving and obeying Allah as make-up for your past shortcomings, and inshallah you will be successful.

If a man commits the murder of an innocent human being, how does Allah forgive the act and murderer even with sincere repentance of the act?

There is no  doubt that killing a human being is one of the most
dangerous major sins. But we read in the Holy Qur'an in chapter 39 Surah Zomar, verse 53 : "O My servants who have transgressed themselves
(by committing evil deeds and major sins) despair not of the mercy of
Allah . Verily Allah forgives all the sins. Truly He is oft
forgiving, most merciful'.

Any sinner who sincerely repents and seeks forgiveness, Allah (SWT)
who knows what is in the hearts has mentioned in the Holy Qur'an that
He forgives all sins. That does not mean wasting the rights of the
victims' family which is ordained in Islam. But as far as the
relationship between the sinner and Allah (SWT) is concerned, Allah (SWT)
forgives all those who repent sincerely.
