I strictly observe Pardah outside and on the balcony, but my neighbors can see into my room from their building. Is it acceptable for me to relax my Hijab inside my room, considering that being confined makes me feel unwell and overheated?

Hijab requires you to protect yourself from being seen by any non Mahram man. If your room's windows allow non Mahram men to see you inside your room from outside, you must put curtains to prevent other from seeing you when you are inside your room. You don't need to wear Hijab in your room when your room is not exposing you to non Mahram men.

Are women who wear full Hijab and exhibit modest behavior, but are naturally attractive and attract non-Mahrams, required to wear a Niqab as well?

Niqab is not obligatory in general but in case that a female face is attractive to non Mahram, many of our Maraaje' say that she should not expose her attractive face to non Mahram to avoid unwanted results.

Is it allowed for a Muslim to create a social media platform similar to Facebook or YouTube? Will I be accountable for the sins of someone who posts without wearing Hijab, considering it is impossible for me to monitor every post?

It is allowed for a Muslim to create a social media platform which can help spreading useful knowledge, but he has to monitor it to prevent misuse. If you know that your platform will be misused with out your control, then you should avoid making it open for misuse.

Am I allowed to go to the Masjid and mix with natural women as a transgender person who wears Hijab?

If your genetic gender was female (XX) then you are a female. If your genetic gender was male (XY) then you are a male even if you have gone through surgeries to look like a female. If your genetic gender is male (XY),  you should avoid looking at females without Hijab because you are a male.
