Remembrance of Imam Husayn (as) is considered to be worship that purifies the soul - one of his titles is Qateel al-Abra Hadiths about the rewards for the remembrance of Imam Husayn (as): - When we drink water, remember Imam Husayn (as) and ask Allah to condemn his killers - If one sheds a tear for Imam Husayn (as), no matter how small, his reward will be reserved with Allah SWT - It is considered one of the greatest examples of remembrance of Allah SWT Barriers to the remembrance of Allah SWT - The biggest obstacle is the whisperings of Shaytan -- It is an over-arching obstacle that is a component of other obstacles as well Imam Husayn (as) said to the people of Kufa that Shaytan had gained mastery over them and made them forget the remembrance of Allah SWT - What causes Muslims to end up in the mastery of Shaytan?
