The value must be based on the current value and not the cost price. If any one from the heirs wants to buy the share of others, he must pay them according to the current value of the property.

It depends on the real intention in the heart and mind which is known by Allah (SWT). 

Good deeds are usually encouraged to be done secretly with out publicity, to keep it away from Satanic whispering of showing off which not only spoils the deeds but also turns it into bad. If the intention is really to encourage others to do good deeds, then it is good to do it publicly. After all, Allah (SWT) knows the intentions.

The treaty of Hudaibiyyah aimed to save Muslims from the harm of the Infidels of Quraish. Fighting with the Infidels of Quraish at that time and situation was not useful at all for Muslims, that is why the Prophet (SAWA) made that treaty to safeguard the interest of Islam and Muslims.

If you mean by pray, the prayers to supplicate and seek from Allah, then the answer is: Yes, it is allowed to supplicate and pray to Allah in your own language.

But if you mean by pray the Prayers (Salah or Namaz), then the answer is: NO, because Salah or Namaz must be performed in Arabic as the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) ordered all Muslims (Pray as you saw me praying)صلوا كما رأيتموني أصلي .

Islam respects and implements the will as far as it does not contradict the Islamic rules. The inheritance trust should not have any injustice on other inheritors, and it should not exceed one third of the whole amount left after deducting the debts and liabilities.

If the inheritance trust exceeds one third, then it will be in the hands of the inheritors to allow the extra amount or to just fix it to the one third.

There are many supplications for victory on wrongdoers, like:

1. Repeating this Quranic Du'a:

RABBI INNEE MAGHLOOBON FANTASSIR . (AL-QAMAR ;10)

2. Repeating Ayatul Kursi 7 times a day.

3. Reciting Sura Al-Nassr ( إذا جاء نصر الله والفتح) in the daily Prayers.

4. Repeating Istighfaar, Salawaat and Laa Hawla Wala Qowwata Illa Billah)

5. Reciting Du'a Al-Jawshan Al-Sagheer.

6. Sadaqa.

7. Getting the Du'a of the parents if they are alive, or visiting their grave and seeking from Allah (SWT) while your are visiting your parents.

There is no doubt for any one with minimum knowledge about the history of  the different Jewish and Christian scriptures that they are not the original scriptures revealed on Moses and Jesus, but were compiled long time after them. 

The different Torahs and different Bibles existing today are living evidence that the original scriptures are mot in the hands of people.
