All our timing calculations in Islam are based on lunar calender, so the time of breastfeeding is two lunar years.

You can breastfeed your child for slightly more than two lunar years and you can also do so according to the western calender.

When parents go through a divorce, the worse thing is to involve the children, or God forbid, poison them against any side of the parents or their family. 

Children should never be dragged into such problems, and must be kept neutral. They have an obligation towards their parents, and must honour and respect them both. 

It is equally healthy for the children to have access to both parents, and this will be something very positive for their upbringing.

It is permissible to work as a dish-washer in a restaurant that could server alcohol, but regarding washing the utensils/cups that are used for alcohol, if doing such a thing is a preliminary for the serving/drinking of alcohol, then such a job would be haram. The income earned for such a thing would also be haram.

2. Consult with a reputable qualified scholar about the selecting of a Marja'.

3. It should not take more than a few minutes for you to make the intention and follow the correct criteria for following a Marja' taqleed.

In these mentioned cases, cross-contamination with najasah would make the food najis as well, and therefore haram to eat.

Unless you know that the common process in these restaurants is that they wash the pizza pan, change gloves, wash the knife, and so on. You can ask them these questions, and you can ask that the pizza not be cut, to avoid contamination from najasah.

A wife is entitled to having an independent place of her own, with her husband/children. This can be a house on its own, or a section of a house shared by others, but with their independence and privacy.

In a situation where the wife is not comfortable living with her in-laws, she is able to deal with this in a variety of ways, but the one main issue is never to allow problems to escalate. 

Parent-in-laws are like parents, and hence they must be respected and revered.

In Shi'ah fiqh, a triple-Talaq is invalid and has no effect, nor would a single-Talaq have any effect if the conditions of Islamic divorce are not met. It is very important that as angry as a husband may get, he must avoid uttering such words, whether they have a shar'i effect or not.
