Soul is not immoral at all. There are three types of souls mentioned in Quran;

1. Al-Nafs Al-Ammarah which trends towards bad desires. This Nafs is to be avoided when it instigates towards bad. Allah (SWT) provided man with intellect (Aql) or reason to tackle the bad temptation. ونهى النفس عن الهوى فان الجنة هي المأوى

2. Al-Nafs Allawaamah which blames the person when and after doing bad to rectify him.

3. Al-Nafs Al-Mutma'innah which is in full peace and tranquility because of the high state of Imaan.

What comes out after urinating is not semen at all. I is called wathi وذي . It is Taahir and does not need any thing.

Semen comes out gushing in usual situations.

Ghusl after menstruation is obligatory for performing Prayers. It is called Ghusl of Haydh (Ghusl after menstruating). After performing this Ghusl, she can perform ablution if she wants otherwise she can pray with that Ghusl alone.

Yes, Muhammad son of Abu Bakr was from a pious lady (Asmaa' Bint Omais) who was widow of Jafar Ibn Abi Talib (AS) who was martyred in the battle of Mo'ta and is caled then Jafar Al-Tayyar. Abu Bakr proposed to that lady during his government and she could not refuse the ruler. She had from that marriage a son called Muhammad. After the death of Ab Bakr, Imam Ali (AS) proposed t this lady to look after the orphans of his brother Jafar. Muhammad Inb Ab Bakr was looked after and brought up by Imam Ali (AS) and became a very good Momin.

Many prominent Sunni scholars e.g. Al Qondoozi Al-Hanafi admit that the twelve successors of the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) are the twelve Imams from Ahlul Bayt (AS) from Imam Ali (AS), then his son Imam Hasan (AS) , then Imam Husain (AS) till Imam Al-Mahdi (AS).

But many other Sunni scholars wrote about the twelve successors in different ways. Ibn Taymiyyah after admitting that the twelve successors of the Prophet Muhammad are mentioned in Torah and Bible, claimed that Yazeed, son of Mo'awiyah is one of the twelve successors.

If you are sure that the whole amount of inheritance is unlawful then you are not allowed to utilize any amount of it, but give it to poor in charity through the Marja of Taqleed.

If you know that part of the amount is unlawful, then you are allowed to utilize the portion which is from allowed income.
