Is this true that according to Quran and Islam the Earth is older than the universe? Are there verses in the Quran that suggest that the Earth was created before the rest of the physical universe?

What does this Ayat mean هَلْ أَتَىٰ عَلَى الْإِنسَانِ حِينٌ مِّنَ الدَّهْرِ لَمْ يَكُن شَيْئًا مَّذْكُورًا? What was the condition of the human at this stage? Was he alive or in a dead condition? Does it refer to all humans or only Adam (a)?

I have observed that in Surah Rahman verse 54 sometimes the text is written as وَجَنَا الْجَنَّتَيْنِ دَانٍۚ and sometimes it is expressed as وَجَنَى ٱلْجَنَّتَيْنِ دَانٍۢ. Is there any significance to this difference?
