This text presents a verse-by-verse commentary on the opening chapter of the Qur’an, Sura al-Fatiha, and the first 141 verses of the second chapter, Sura al-Baqarah.

Drawing on the exegeses Al-Mizan and Tafseer-e-Namoona, the written commentary examines key Qur’anic concepts such as divine mercy, worship, servitude, guidance, faith, and the straight path, as well as the qualities and responsibilities of believers. It combines linguistic explanations, Qur’anic references, narrations from the Prophet and the Ahl al-Bayt, and insights from these established Shi'a tafsir works.

The commentary also explores the history of the Children of Israel, the creation of Adam, divine guidance, religious laws, and the consequences of obedience and disobedience.

Appendices and word-for-word translations offer further clarification of selected verses and narrations, helping readers understand the meaning and guidance of these Qur’anic passages.
