Mu'awiya ibn Abi Sufyan spent most of his life with his father as a staunch enemy of the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) till the victory of the Proohet over the Mushriks of Makkah when Mushriks had no choice but to surrender to the Prophet. Mu'awiya was an open enemy of Imam Ali (AS) and he was cursing him on the pulpits. He killed Imam Hasan (AS) by poison and killed Amar ibn Yasir in Siffeen battle with many other pious companions of the Prophet (SAWA). Sunni books narrated a prophetic Hadeeth that Mu'awiya will die as non Muslim ( Ju'nat Al-Attar by Al-Ghimaari 2; 145 and Majma' Al-Zawaa'id 5;243, and Shaikh Al-Madheera by Shaikh Abu Rayyah  185.

Those who love Mu'awiya are either unaware of his crimes because they were been misinformed. They need to read more to know what the Prophet (SAWA) said about Mu'awiya and what did Mu'awiya commit. Those who know what the Prophet said and what Mu'awiya has committed should never respect him because he was against Imam Ali (AS) which means that he was against the Prophet (SAWA) and against Allah (SWT).

We don't call Nasibi but to the person who openly goes against Ahlul Bayt (AS).

'Wassalam.

Saving life of any human being is obligatory on us as much as we can. Human life is so sacred as Allah (SWT) Says in Sura 17, verse 70: We Have honoured the children of Adam.

If you are in an ongoing war with enemies of Allah, the Prophet (SAWA) and Ahlul Bayt (AS), then you don’t need to save their life.

Wassalam.

Enemies of Ahlul Bayt are many types. Some of them hate Ahlul Bayt because of their hatred to the Prophet which is in fact hatred to Allah. Such people are with enemies of Allah in hellfire as all the enemies of Allah will be sent to Hellfire as we read in Quran ( That is the recompense of the enemies of Allah: The Fire (Sura 41, verse 28).

Some enemies don't dear declaring their enmity against Ahlul Bayt but attack Shia Muslims just because of their following Ahlul Bayt (AS). Such people who hate Shia Muslims for no reason but only because of their following Ahlul Bayt are with the enemies of Ahlul Bayt as we read in statements from Ahlul Bayt (AS).

Some people don't know enough about Ahlul Bayt nor about Shia Muslims due to wrong or misleading information which made them have negative opinion about Shia Muslims or think that Shia Muslims are not following Ahlul Bayt. If they know the truth about Shia Muslims, they will not oppose them at all. Such type of people are not with enemies of Ahlul Bayt because they don't know the truth.

'Who will enter Paradise and who will not, is not a personal opinion, but we take what is in Quran and authentic Prophetic statements.

We are allowed to listen to any reciter of Quran as far as he does not openly deny the main orders of Quran.

Nasibi is the open enemy of Ahlul Bayt (AS) which means the he is rejecting the Quranic verses in favor of Ahlul Bayt (AS). Nasibi is in fact an enemy of Quran even if he recites or memorise it. We should avoid supporting any Nasibi.
