In Qur'an 16:90, does the directive for kindness and justice apply solely to relatives, or is it intended for all of humanity? Please provide evidence for the explanation.

The verse is very clear in ordering for justice and kindness to all human beings, and then ordering giving to the relatives. The directive for justice and kindness is general which includes all, and never restricted to relatives while the next part of the directive is to give the relatives.

I know that Islam is a religion for all humanity. Why then does the Qur'an and narrations only mention Prophets from Middle Eastern origin? Are there any narrations of other Prophets from Europe, India, China, Native Americans, and so on?

Will most of humanity be in hellfire or heaven? Will most of humanity eventually be taken out from hellfire? Would those taken out include atheists and polytheists?

Allah (SWT),The Most Merciful, The Most Just, knows who is entitled to be in the Hellfire. We are read in Quran that the enemies of Allah will remain in the Hellfire as they were insisting on doing wrong forever.

We should not waste our time in searching what will happen to others, rather trying our best to save ourselves from bad deeds and sincerely doing good in faith and practice to be with the Righteous in the Paradise.

Hadeeth says: The Paradise in the ultimate place of the believers in Allah الجنة للموحدين

The universe seems too big to have been created just for the humanity on this planet. Why did Allah create the vast expanse of the universe and have the Prophets or Imams explained this matter?

It is possible that Allah created the entire universe just for humanity; however, there are some hints that there are other creations out there and we simply don't know them. For instance the Qur'an speaks of the things that we do not know. A narration from Imam Ali (A) mentions that the other stars in the sky are cities or civilizations (mada'in) like the cities on earth. I think it is reasonable to assume that in the vast universe there are other beings, whether or not we will ever know of them during the span of existence of humanity, God knows best. However, what can be said is that what we have on earth is comfortable for us - especially if we consider the conditions of other planets like Jupiter - and that part of the miracle of creation is that we can look out at the sky and stars from our own vantage point and see it perfect for ourselves, in terms of timekeeping, light, heat, etc, and yet it can still host many other creations.
