Is it permissible for me to engage in a temporary marriage with a divorced woman for a short period of time, without informing my wife who is eight months pregnant?

You don't have to inform her. 

Unless the woman with whom you want to engage in temporary marriage is a Christian or Jew and you have a permanent or temporary Muslim wife. In such a case according to Sayyed Sistani you have to take your Muslim wife's consent. 
Is divorce valid in the future according to Imami Shia such as if a husband informs his wife that she is divorced when she is pure or within the next three months?

No. Such divorce is invalid and has no value at all.

Divorce has strict conditions including two pious men to witness the declaration of the divorce. No divorce can be for a future date at all.

No doubt, your primary duty is to your husband, but never cause your husband a harm or insult or disrespect through ignoring his family. Your positive attitude to your in-laws reflects on the life and happiness of your husband. Try your best to keep your husband happy and respected in his family.

Maintaing good relationship with your in-laws is part of the happiness and respect of your husband.

Is it necessary for marriage to be consummated before the Walima ceremony? Can a husband and wife delay consummation after the Nikkah and Walima by a few days?

Walima or wedding ceremony is not a condition in consummating the marriage as far as the Nikah has been properly recited between them. Husband and wife are free to consummate their marriage or delay as they wish. Husband should not force his wife on consummating the marriage if she has a valid reason to delay that like health reason. If she is passing her menstrual cycle, sexual intercourse with be not allowed during menstruation. If there is no valid reason to delay and the husband needs to consummate the marriage, his wife should not refuse or delay.

When both of them are happy to delay consummating the marriage, there are free to do that.
