Emigration

Emigration is the act of leaving a resident country or place of residence with the intent to settle elsewhere (to permanently leave a country). Conversely, immigration describes the movement of people into one country from another (to permanently move to a country). A migrant emigrates from their old country, and immigrates to their new country.

Muslim should be always a good citizen who obeys the law if the land and serves his country in every possible way.

If you have an authentic evidence that your country is using your tax contribution in supporting a genocide, you need to raise you voice in every possible legal way against supporting genocide. 
Emigration is not necessary unless you are sure that your tax contribution is definitely used in genocide and you have no way to oppose that.
