What might be the reasons for experiencing lights in my vision or seeing flying lights in the sky while I am engaged in my night prayers?

It is normal for some people to see lights, colors, and so forth when their mind is in a relaxed and contemplative state.
Is it valid for someone to recite al-'Afwa 30 times instead of 300 during Tahajjud due to tiredness or lack of time? Will the Tahajjud prayer still be accepted in this case?

Yes, Tahajjud Prayer will be valid. Reciting Al-'Afwavin the Qunoot of Witr prayer is recommended and not obligatory.

Is it considered allowed to interrupt Tahajjud for reasons like answering my mom's call, recalling something, or using my phone, and then continue later, or do I have to complete the prayer without any interruptions?

Tahajjud is eleven Rak'ats in its full form. Its short form is just three Rak'ats (Two of shaf' then one Rak'at of Witr). Itscwhirtestvformbis just one Rak'at of Witr. It is not obligatory to perform all the Rak'ats together with out interval. You can pray any number of Rak'ats and do another work then return back to complete the remaining Rak'ats.

Responding to your mother's call is very important and should never ignore your parent's call.

Does the distinction between Qada’ and Ada’ in Niyyah apply solely to obligatory prayers? Do voluntary prayers like Salat al-Layl, when performed after Fajr, remain voluntary and not subject to Ada’ or Qada’, with the intention being Qurbatan ila Allah?

As obligatory Prayers have Adaa' when it is performed within its time, and Qadha; when it is performed after its time, recommended prayers also have Adaa' when it is performed within it's time, and Qadha when it is performed after it's time. Qurbatan ilallah is a condition in every worship, yet Adaa and Qadha should be in your intention.
