Tahajjud is eleven Rak'ats in its full form. Its short form is just three Rak'ats (Two of shaf' then one Rak'at of Witr). Itscwhirtestvformbis just one Rak'at of Witr. It is not obligatory to perform all the Rak'ats together with out interval. You can pray any number of Rak'ats and do another work then return back to complete the remaining Rak'ats.

Responding to your mother's call is very important and should never ignore your parent's call.
