Dancing is not permissible according to leading Maraaji’ of Taqleed. Dancing with music or with out music is included in this rule, Obviously, listening to sinful music is another sinful act.

You can attend as far as there is no sinful act being openly committed. When they start playing sinful music or dancing, you should leave immediately and avoid sharing with them or silently witnessing any sinful act.
