It is not Haraam to give or sell your hair to persons who do not know that it is your hair. It is better to bury our hair and our nails and not to throw it with the rubbish.

Khums and Zakat must be given on its time even if she is in her menstrual period.

Is it permissible for a 37-year-old divorced woman to occasionally masturbate to avoid sin, particularly in a country where finding a Muslim husband is difficult and considering the hormonal changes affecting her menstrual cycle?

No. Masturbation is a sinful act and we are not allowed to commit it under such excuse. Masturbation itself is itself a sinful act, and it can never be permitted for a Muslim female. There are many things mentioned in Quran and authentic Hadeeth which help avoiding falling in sexual sinful acts like:1. Fasting which helps a lot in controlling sexual urge. 2. Avoiding things which increase sexual urge like photos, films, music and songs.

3. Remembering the pious females who are the best models for us like lady Fatima, lady Mariam, lady Zainab, lady Ummul Baneen and other pious females.

4. Remembering the punishment of the sins and great reward of the piousness in this life and hereafter.

That's very good that you plan your itinerary around your prayer time. This will definitely bring barakah to you in this life and the hereafter.

Such scenarios do not exempt you from not praying, and that is a major sin. If it is a matter of delaying from the recommended time, but still in the shar'i time, that's fine.

Just base things on individual scenarios that you encounter, and make correct judgments accordingly.

Woman . Paradise . Life . Husband . Mut'a (Temporary marriage)

Would Mut'ah marriages be allowed in paradise? Would a woman who had multiple Mut'ah marriages be limited to having only one husband in paradise?

There are two opinions among the scholars in this matter. One opinion says: Yes, Mut’ah marriages will be allowed in Paradise because of the Quranic verse about Paradise: And It will have everything which is desired by anyone). (Sura 43, verse 71).

This opinion also says that woman who wants more than one husband will be allowed to have in Paradise more than one husband.

The other opinion says that the desires in Paradise will be different from the desires in this worldly life as the believers in Paradise will see the Truth which did not see in worldly life. All the desires in Paradise will be pure and noble, so no one in Paradise will desire something which is not noble. No believing woman in Paradise will desire more than one husband.

These are the two opinions and we leave the real answer to Allah (SWT) as we have not yet seen the Paradise and we pray to Allah (SWT) to Grant us the Paradise, then we will know the reality which we don't know in this world.

In congregational prayers, why are women required to stand behind men in the prayer rows? Does this not seem unfair to women? Shouldn't the rows for men and women be positioned next to one another?

It is important to keep the respect of women not to bow in Ruku' and prostrate in Sujood in front of men. Men should not see the women bowing down or prostrating. The rows of women should be behind the rows of men.

Is it permissible for a woman to tuck in her shirt at the front while leaving it untucked at the back to cover her behind, given that the trousers are loose and wide?

Female should not tuck her cloth which can show size of shape of any part from her body. There is difference between front of back or sides.

I was told by someone that the concept of Khul' does not exist in Shi'a Islam. The woman cannot obtain divorce and the divorces of Shi'a women who have gotten Khul' through court, in Islamic states, are invalid. Is this true?

There are many types of Talaq in Islam of Ahlul Bayt (AS) including Khul'i Talaq.but the concept of Khul' is different between the Islamic rules and general public. Many people think that Khul' is divorce enforced with out any consent of approval of the husband. This is not the real meaning of Khul' in Islamic rules. Khul' is a type of divorce when the wife does not like to continue with her husband and offer him any amount to make him give her divorce. When agrees and takes from her what agreed upon for the Talaq, that Talaq is called Khul'i.

If the husband is doing injustice in his wife and not agreeing to divorce her, she can refer her case to the Islamic authority (Marje' of Taqleed) who takes three steps: 1. Ordering the husband to give his wife all her rights with out any injustice. If husband refuse then 2. Order the husband to give divorce to his wife. If refuses again then 3. The Marje' ' himself give Talaq to this woman to release her from injustice.

I am interested in converting to Islam but I am intersex with both male and female traits, mostly female. I am unsure of how to start and what actions to take. Should I pray, dress, and fulfill roles as a woman?

1. To be a Muslim, you must believe that; there is no God but Allah, and Muhammad is His messenger.

2. Muslims must obey Allah’s orders and leave sinful acts. Sinful sexual relationships must be stopped immediately in your life.

3. If you were as a born female or born as a male, you must dress and behave accordingly.

If a married woman commits Zina and sincerely repents, can she marry that man after a divorce or widowhood? Are there any atonement options or other measures she should consider?

No, she cannot marry that man at all, and under any circumstance.

Of course, there is a slight difference of opinion among our esteemed jurists, so it is best for her to also confirm the fatwa of her Marja' taqleed.

Are women who wear full Hijab and exhibit modest behavior, but are naturally attractive and attract non-Mahrams, required to wear a Niqab as well?

Niqab is not obligatory in general but in case that a female face is attractive to non Mahram, many of our Maraaje' say that she should not expose her attractive face to non Mahram to avoid unwanted results.
