To remove your doubt, see a doctor specialised in circumcision, to see whether or not the procedure was done correctly.

You can either show him a picture of your private part, or allow him to see, enough for him to assess.

Thanking Allah is the basic responsibility which is on every human being who has senses because every human being believes that the Bounties must be thanked. All the Bounties are from Allah ( Whatever bounty and good you have is from Allah) (Sura 16, Verse 53). That is why we need always to keep on thanking Him.
1)      We need to always remember the source of every Bounty we enjoy. It is only from Allah. (16:53).
2)      To repeatedly say “Alhamdollilah” “As-Shukrollilah” “Shukran Lillah” “Hamdan Lillah” and any word in our own language of thanking Allah for His Bounties on us.
3)      To use the Bounties of Allah in proper way. We should never misuse the Bounty of Allah by putting it in wrong way i.e. using it in sinful acts.
4)      Those who use the Bounties of Allah in disobeying Allah are never thanking him, on the contrary they are going against their logical responsibility of thanking Allah and they are replying the favour of Allah on them by negative way.
5)      Thanking Allah is Infact for our benefit and not for the benefit of Allah as Allah does not need anything from us nor from any one, but we do need to keep the bounties and get more Bounties from Allah and there is no way to get the Bounties and keep them but only by thanking Allah in the proper way.
6)      Allah in Quran says “If you thank, I will give you more”
7)      We also need to admit that the Bounties of Allah on us are much greater than our ability to thank Him because even when we thank him, our thanking him is another Bounty from Him on us, so we need another thank another thanking for thanking him. “Alhamdollilah Kama Huwa Ahlo” All Praise to Allah as Allah is entitled. So we say “Alhamdollilahe Ala Kulli Ni’mah” All Praise to Allah for every Bounty that He granted us.
8)      Thanking in the heart to know that every Bounty is from Allah.
9)      Thanking on the tongue by repeating Thanking Him.
10)   Thanking in the action by using the Bounties of Allah in the proper way and never to use it in any sinful act.
Wassalam.
