Hanafi

The Hanafi school or Hanafism is one of the four major schools of Islamic jurisprudence within Sunni Islam. It developed from the teachings of the jurist and theologian Abu Hanifa (c. 699–767 CE), who systemised the use of reasoning (ra'y). Hanafi legal theory primarily derives law from the Quran, the sayings and practices of Muhammad (sunnah), scholarly consensus (ijma) and analogical reasoning (qiyas), but also considers juristic discretion (istihsan) and local customs (urf).

Followers of any Muslim sect e.g. Hanafi, Shafi'ee, Maliki, Hanbali are Muslims like the followers of other Muslim sects. Prayers must be like the prayers of the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) as he said: Pray as you saw me praying صلّوا كما رأيتموني أُصَلّي

The most authentic narration about the the prayer of the  Prophet (SAWA) is what  Ahlul Bayt (AS) narrated because they lived with him day and night and got the full knowledge of Sunnah beside the meanings of Quran.

Perhaps you are referring to the practice in the Shia community of combining the Zuhr and Asr prayers and the Maghrib with Isha prayers.

This is considered permitted on account of abundant evidence in the Islamic sources that the Prophet (s) had combined these prayers without any special reason.

Your prayer is valid and you do not need to pray again. Cleaning the area of the discharge is good but it is not a condition for validity of you Prayer. This is when the discharge is not blood. If it was blood which came out and made pats of your outer body Najis, then you need to wash and clean it.
