When tap water is used and the Najis item (A'yn al-Najasah) is removed then there is no question of impurity remains. Cat food by itself is not necessarily Najis unless it contains Najis ingradeint.

I have doubts about cleanliness. A cat peed on my window, and we only cleaned it without purifying. Later, my maid used a wet cloth to clean that window and then used the same cloth on my whole home. What should I understand about the purity of my home?

Everything is Taahir for you unless and until you know for sure that it is Najis. Doubt about Najasah does not mean that the doubted item is Najis with out concrete evidence. If you have concrete evidence that a specific item is definitely Najis, then you can make it Taahir by pouring water in it.

This must be done by the decision of a vet or a professional, which means someone qualified should be consulted and should deal with it. Also, whatever is done should be done in a humane way, with a correct procedure and within legal perimeters.

It is not allowed to touch the name of Allah as well as Quranic verse or part of it with out Wudhu. Names of the Infallibles are also included according to precaution.
