Salat al-Qadha صلاة القضاء is obligatory on any one who missed his Prayer except the females who miss their Prayer due to menstruation.
Every missed Prayer (Morning , Zohr, Asr, Maghrib or Ishaa ) must be prayed as Qadha to compensate the missed. Even recommended Prayers of Nawafil and Salatul Layl which was missed are recommended to be prayed as Qadha.
It can be performed any time but it is very important to perform it as soon as you can.
It is performed in the same way of the Prayer which was missed.

It is not permissible for men during the state of Ehraam (Hajj or Umra) to travel in a covered vehicle during day time or when it is raining. This is according to all the scholars. Many scholars including Ayatullah Sistani say that it is permissible for men to travel in covered vehicle during night if there is no rain.
Women can travel in covered vehicle any time.

This claim is untrue. Zayd Ibn Ali himself was a follower of Imam Jafar Al-Sadiq . He never claimed that he is the Imam. Even when we was asked because he was more aged than Imam Jafar Al-Sadiq, he replied that he is a follower of the Imam Jafar Al-Sadiq (AS).
Every Sunnah (Recommended) Prayer is in two Rak'ats and not more. The Sunnah prayer for Zohr is in fact Rak'ats (2+2+2+2). This is according to the Prophetic Sunnah narrated from Ahlul Bayt (AS), although some Muslim sects pray 4 Rak'ats only according to their own sect.
As it contains alcohol, it is not permissible at all to give it to any human being to consume it.
