No. This claim is baseless. Ziyarat Ashraf is one if the most authentic Ziyarat narrated from Ahlul Bayt (AS). It was been narrated from Imam Muhammad Al-Baqir (AS) with the names of those cursed persons. Imam Jafar Al-Sadiq (AS) used to teach the believers reciting Ziyarat Aashura as we see in the narration from Safwan . We have a narration in Eqbal Al-A'maal from Imam Jafar Al-Sadiq (AS) encouraging the Ziyarat of Aashura. (Eqbal Al-A'maal, page 568).

This is a false allegation fabricated by the enemies of Ahlul Bayt (AS). These four persons were from the most authentic students of Ahlul Bayt (AS).

There is collective evil on any family even if majority of the family went with wrong and falsehood. Bani Omayyah who were cursed in Ziyarat Ashura include those wrong doers and their supporters only. Pious persons from Bani Omayyah are not included at all in this curse as we read in our authentic narrations about Sa'd Al-Khair Al-Amawi who was from the Omayyad family from the children of Abdul Aziz ibn Marwan, but was a follower of Ahlul Bayt (AS) and a student of Imam Al-Baqir (AS). Imam Al-Baqir (AS) told him that he is never included in the curse as he is a Mo'min.

The most noble family Bani Hashim had also bad persons like Abu Lahab who was a direct uncle of the Prophet (SAWA).

True faith and good deeds are the criteria always as Allah (SWT) states in Quran : Surely, the best of you in front of Allah is the most pious.Al-Ahzab;13

No. Allah, The Most Merciful never lets His servants under the effect of negative imprecations of others. Be sure that Allah is The Best Protector and The Best Supporter for the pious people. We need to seek His help to keep us on the right path, and by sincere supplication and by reciting Quranic verses like Ayatul Kursi and Sura Al-Falaq and Sura An-Naas, and by paying Sadaqa. Even if the whole world has negative imprecation on you, no harm will reach you as far as you are pious and Allah is your Protector.

It is related al-Ash'ath ibn Qays (al-Amali, al-Saduq, p. 185) went blind for refusing to bear witness to what happened at Ghadeer.

Some also mention Zayd ibn Arqam although this might be in error.

Real Muslim prays for the good for every one. We should pray for those wronged us and did injustice on us to be guided to the truth and to leave wrong way to the right way.

'We don't curse any believer. We only curse the enemies of Allah (SWT), the Prophet (SAWA) and Ahlul Bayt (AS) who are in fact the enemies of mankind.
