Muslim wife must treat all the children of her husband including from other wives with justice and kindness with out any discrimination. Motherly rights are on her own children but children from other wives must keep the respect of the wives of their father.

If a man is good in Deen and character, is it permissible for me to marry him if my parents oppose for cultural reasons, threaten to disown me after wedding, and make Duʿa that my marriage fails and my children turn out corrupt?

As a virgin Muslim girl, you need your father's or your paternal grand father's approval for your marriage. If your father's refusal is based on un Islamic reasons, then you might try convincing him through your relatives of family friends who can talk to him. You should always keep the respect for your parents and never utter a word which can harm their feelings.
In case your father insists on rejecting for un Islamic reasons, you can refer to you Marje' of Taqleed and seek his advice or verdict after explaining your situation.

If a mother is a Syed and the father is not, can their children be considered Syeds? Could you explain the origins of the Syed lineage? Did it begin with Imam Ali (AS) or only Bibi Fatima (AS)? Were Lady Zainab (SA)'s children also Syeds?

Most of our leading scholars state that Sayyed is the person whose father is a Sayyed. If his mother only was a Sayyed with out his father, then he is not included if the rules of Sayyed. Sayyed is not allowed to receive obligatory Zakat from non Sayyed.

Sayyed are the great grand children of Bani Hashim. Lady Zainab;s children are Sayyeds because their father Abdullah ibn Ja'far Ibn Abi Talib.

I am sorry to hear that. Most likely, he knows that alcohol is disallowed in Islam, but doesn't care. (There are many things Muslims debate over; alcohol is rarely one of them.) He may also have some dependency on alcohol. You can advise him, but in the end he will make his own decision.

What you should do depends on yourself and the situation. Sometimes, drinking itself is the problem (for instance, if someone becomes violent or overspends because of it), and sometimes it is symptomatic of other problems (here, a difference about religion, and/or other problems in the marriage - often, people are willing to overlook a great deal if a marriage is going well, even if they disapprove of it).

I think you should consider your situation holistically - how is the marriage overall, what are your options financially and practically, are there other concerns, would you lose contact with your children if you left him, and how much psychological stress is it causing you - and talk to someone you know in person who can give you good advice based on your situation overall. Also, many religiously minded parents want their children to be raised religiously, and if your husband would have custody and is not religious, it might not be what you want (I am sure you have already taken that into consideration).

While it's advised in hadith not to marry someone who drinks, that is a decision to make before marriage; now you are in the marriage already and have children, so it's a reality you have to navigate and make the best choice about. In the end, it's something you need to sort out for yourself, because advice for one person will differ from advice for another person.

Can a father not meet his child after having a Khula from wife and wait till he gets married and gets settled in his own life, as the child is in different country with her mother?

Islam does not allow anything which makes the child away from his parents. Cutting ties with any of the relatives is a sinful act, what about with the parents??

Even if the mother is divorced from the father, the rights of both of them on the child remain intact and both of them must maintain continuous contact between themselves child and his both parents. Father remains responsible to spend on his children till they are able to earn their livelihood.

Child care is more important and it is the best you can do for your child and family and you future in this life and hereafter. Whatever money you might get from working will never compensate the loss of your child when you spend long hours away from him. Child care and looking after your children in fact is the best investment.

Your responsibility is to teach your children the real Islamic teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) and his Ahlul Bayt (AS) and bring them up as sincere followers of the Prophet and his Progeny (AS). If you have a reasonable possibility that this marriage might harm your faith and religious practice, you should then avoid it. Why didn't Allah intervene in the recent case of a 6-year-old child who was raped? If Allah helps us when we ask, why was this child, who is too young to seek help, not offered protection or assistance?

Allah, The Exalted, Has Ordered in justice and fairness and prevented injustice and wrong. Allah (SWT) Helps those who do good and never Helps in wrong. Those who commit crimes do that with out any help from Allah but because if their criminal intentions and acts. Allah (SWT) Does not stop criminals but He never Helps them. Many prophets including Prophet Yahya (AS) and Infallible Imams were killed by the criminals. Allah (SWT) Will definitely punish the criminals but He Does not Stop them. Life is an exam for all people and the exam needs freedom to do good or bad then results will be according to what we intentionally did. It is wrong to think that Allah (SWT) should stop criminals from committing crimes. Such thinking is against the freedom of people to choose and opt to do good or bad then face the results of their deeds. Imam Hussain (AS) and his children and companions were killed in Karbala and Allah (SWT) never Stopped the criminals. They will definitely face the results of their crimes and victims will be granted great reward for their sufferings.
