Many Quranic verses are very useful in this matter e,g (WA ITHA MARIDHTU FAHOWA YASHFEEN) وإذا مَرِضتُ فَهُوَ يَشفين
Tis verse is in Sura Al-Shu'araa, verse 80.
Repeating it is very useful.
