Modesty of women comes from their human nature as females with specific characteristics which Allah The Glorious Has Created in them for the benefit of human life, such characteristics are different from the characteristics of males. Modesty of men also comes from their human nature as males. Since the characteristics of males are not typically same as the characteristics of female, the modesty norms are not the same. Islamic rules ask females to abide to their standards of modesty while asks males to abide to their standards if modesty.

Selling counterfeit products is unlawful (Haraam) and the income from it is also unlawful. You must return the money to the victims if you know them but if you can never know them, then you need to give the money as Majhool al-Malik (Unknown owner) to the Marje' of Taqleed who will give it to the poor believers on behalf of the owners.

Allah (SWT) Helps His sincere servants to avoid damaging themselves when they are sincerely seeking His help. Nevertheless, it does not mean that He stops every sinner or criminal. Human beings were granted intellect  which guides them to the right as well as the messengers who guided people to the right path and warned them from the wrong ways. Every human being is responsible of his own deeds. Allah (SWT) Helps those who want to do good, and even protect sincere servants from falling in sinful acts under certain circumstances, but Allah Has granted human beings the option to decide their their own deeds with out any pressure from Him and Promised to reward the good deeds and punish the criminals in their own evil deeds.
