No. Fertility is created by Allah to whom He wants and it is never a matter of superiority. Superiority is based on Taqwa (Piousness). Wife of Prophet Ebrahim and wife of Prophet Zakaria were not fertile during long period of their life. In Quran we read :ويجعل من يشاء عقيما  (Allah makes whom He wants not fertile.) (Sura 42, Verse 50).

When it is from Allah, then there is no question of inferiority.

Muslim women used to sit on Hawdaj which is like a seat put on the animal and not directly on the animal. Sitting directly on the animal or on saddles is Makrouh for women.

After being sure that full Hijab is been observed, such riding is not forbidden in Islam. We have some Hadeeths that it is Makrouh (undesirable or disliked) for woman to ride over such seats وتركب ذات الفروج السروج.

No, it is not allowed to wipe over the Hijab for Wudhu. Wiping for Wudhu must be on the head or the hair itself and not on cloth covering the head.

My understanding is that the emphasis on males having hur al-ayns is because God is shy and considers that women might also be more shy about these things. However, men are often not shy in broadcasting that they want many females and in fact sometimes consider it a manly thing to say, so God speaks of this from the male perspective.

The Qur'an is also discreet in discussing other delicate matters such as using the washroom and spousal relations, even though this discretion is not usually reflected in translation. 

Maybe also some of the men in that time period were a little difficult and they needed some extra encouragement. 

The Hereafter does not have the same considerations of this world, and God knows best how people will feel about these things in the Hereafter. 

In any case, the Quran (for instance in Surah Ya Sin) does in general speak of having the enjoyment of companionship in Paradise in a general sense (not limited to men).

Believing females will get in the Paradise the best of their wishes according to their noble wishes. All the wishes in the Paradise will be noble and no evil desire will remain in the heart of any believer (We removed from their chests every bad feeling)(Sura 7: Verse 43).

The pious woman will be granted the best man as her husband. Women do not like to be married to more than one man and those women who desire more than one man in this life are looked down by common women. No doubt such desire will never be in the heart of any pious woman in the Paradise. All noble desires and wishes of pious women will be granted in the Paradise.

There is no question of misogynistic act in Paradise because Allah The Most Merciful is equally Merciful on men as on women as both of them are His Creatures.
