Those believers who repent doing wrong, and sincerely seek forgiveness, after giving back the right of others, should not be punished neither in the Day of Judgement nor in Barzakh , after they have been forgiven by Allah (SWT).

Animals . Qiyama

What happens to animals after Yawm al Qiyama?

Animals will come in the Day of Judgment ant get compensated if they were wronged by other animal or human being, or punished if they wronged another animal. The Hadeeth states that in the Day of Judgment, every one will face the results of the deeds even the animal with out horn which was been wronged by an animal with horn will get its compensation from it. Biharul Anwar 7/90.

Hadeeth stated that if a person kills a sparrow for no benefit but playing, that sparrow will come on the Day of Judgment complaining to Allah against the killer saying : O My Lord, Please judge between me and him who killed me for no benefit. He did not utilize my meat nor let me eat from the plants of the earth. (Biharul Anwar V.61, P. 306).

'Some animals of special importance will be in the Paradise like the hoopoe of Suleman, the ant of Dawood, the camel she of Salih, the cow of Musa, the whale of Younus, the goat of Ebraheem, the sheep of Esmael and other animals linked with Allah's most pious servants.

'There are narrations the after the animals get compensated or punished because of their deeds and according to the level of its senses, they will be ordered to be clay. That is why, the disbeliever will wish to be clay and escape the punishment. (Tafseer Majma3 al- BayanAlslam by al-Tabarsi 10/674).

Repentance (Tawbah) . Qiyama

If a Muslim repents for the wrong deeds he performed in the past, will he be questioned about them on the Day of Judgement?

The narrated Hadeeth says: The person who sincerely repents his sins is like a person who has no sins. التائب من الذنب كمن لا ذنب له

It depends on the degree of the sincerity in the repentance and the firm decision not to commit that sin again.

Some very sincere believers who committed sinful acts in their past, then repented and became very pious, not only get forgiveness, but their sins are transferred into good deeds, as we read in Quran (Exceot those who repent and believe and do good, those whose sinful deeds will be changed by Allah into good deeds, verily Allah forging and merciful) (Al-Forqan:70).

Narrated Hadeeth says: When a believer sincerely repents and become pious, Allah makes people and angels who witnessed his previous sins, gorges his sins.

Is it possible for a person to enter Jannah before Judgement day and without going through the stage of Barzakh?

The grave of the sincere obedient believer is a garden from Paradise as the Hadeeth says. In Sura Al-Waqi'ah we read how the great pleasant result of sincere faith and obedience starts immediately on the time of death. The happiness of the sincere believers starts on leaving this world and their Barzakh is the beginning of the happiness of Paradise.

A Muslim child who dies in a young age i.e. childhood before puberty
(Buloogh) will not be accountable for any of the obligatory worships and duties because obligatories start only after Buloogh. Allah SWT will grant all the
Muslim children the Paradise and also grant them to intercede
(Shafa’at) for their parents. The Hadeeth says : When Muslim children
die, they will be looked after near the Paradise by Lady Sarah, the
wife of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) and when the Angels tell them to enter
Paradise, they will say: We wait for our parents to enter with us.

Children of non Muslim parents will not be punished in the Day of Judgment but will be given full chance to know the true faith and chose.

It doesn't matter whether they are Muslim or not Muslim.

All children, regardless of their families' religions or what religion they identify as, are closer to the pure/uncorrupted/sinless nature known as the fitrah that recognizes and acknowledges the truth, the unseen, and good and evil. (Perhaps this is why children are often quite wise!)

At the same time, all children are still developing the psychological capabilities that are necessary to make solid moral judgments and act on them (for instance, empathy, the ability to put the good of the group above the good of the individual, self-restraint, an understanding of cause and effect, an understanding of the permanency of death, etc).

This is not to say that children cannot make good and bad ethical decisions, or that children do not have authentic religious experiences and beliefs or even conversions. All of that happens; it depends on the child and the age. However, they are not held responsible in the same way that mature people are.

So, children go to barzakh (the intermediary realm after death before the final judgment) and then to paradise. It is said that they skip some things that they are not mature enough for, such as some of the questioning.

The experience of children in the afterlife will likely be different from that of mature adults since part of our job in this life is to learn more about spiritual and other realities. So, they may have some catching up to do, or maybe their experience will just be different, just as different adults will also have different experiences.

On the other hand, we should not underestimate children's souls (in the same way that people often underestimate children and confine them to things that are "childish"). The soul is a noble and honourable creation of Allah and this is the same for children or adults.

On 'good deeds will go to waste if there is nothing after death' I understand that an Imam has said that the real loss is if you've no good deeds and there is a day of reckoning. Does this imply that it is impossible to prove there will be such a day?

The evidence of the Day of Judgement is more than counting. The sentence which you quoted is narrated in a debate between the Imam (AS) and a non believer who denied the Hereafter, so Imam was telling him that either there is Hereafter or not, so if there is a Hereafter, the believers will win, and non believers will lose, and if there is no Hereafter, the believers will not lose anything.

On Judgement Day, will every person's good and bad deeds be shown to all people or will this knowledge be confined to the person concerned and Allah? Will the person be humiliated with their bad deeds in front of all humans?

Believers who committed sins will not be humiliated in the Day of Judgement,

The book of deeds of every one will be given to him to read what he has done. (Sura Al-Israa', Verse 13 and 14.)
There are certain sinners who will be degraded in front of People in that day, especially those who were arrogant and committed crimes against innocents.

Allah is Al-Sattar, who does not disclose the sins of the sinners, but only those enemies of the Proohet (SAWA) and Ahlul Bayt ( AS).
