This is a false allegation on Al-Majlisi fabricated by our enemies who always try to put false allegations on us. Tahreef claims and narrations are in Sunni books from Ayesha who claimed that many verses were lost because it was eaten by an animal (Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6: 269 and Sunan Ibn Maajah 1: 625)

, and narrated from Umar ibn al-Khattab who claimed that Sura Al-Azhaab was as long as Sura Al-Baqarah.(Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5:132 and Al-Mustadrak Alal- Saheehayn  by Al-Haakim al-Nisabori 4:359).
Tahreef claim is refuted in our main books written by our leading Shia Ulama like Shaikh Al-Sadouq, Shaikh Al-Mufeed, Allama Al-Hilli, Shaikh Al-Tousi, Al-Shareef Al-Murtadha, Al-Shaikh Al-Tabarsi, Al-Shaikh Al-Bahaare, Al-Shaikh Kashif Al-Ghitaa', Al-Sayyed Sharaf Al Deen, Sayyed Al-Khoei and other great Shia Ulama. Al-Majlisi never said that Tahreef took place in Quran but he said that some people diverted the meanings of some verse from its real meanings. If fact Shaikh Majlisi stated clearly that Quran can never be distorted as Allah Has preserved Quran from adding on it or omitting from it or changing any word of it or any Tahreef. ( Bihar Al- Anwar, volume 9, page 113).

Bismihi ta'ala

Other than the holy Quran, we do not have a book that is completely authentic, from cover to cover. Even our early hadith books like al-Kafi, etc, are to be individually evaluated and scrutinised by experts of hadith grading.

The great book Bihar al-Anwar, by al-'Allamah al-Majlisi (q.s.) is no exemption as well. As for percentage or proportion, that cannot be defined as a whole, because each scholar could have different methodology of grading authenticity, and other related issues to hadith grading.

And Allah knows best

Allama Mohammad Baqir al-Majlisi is a great scholar in the Hadeeth sciences and he compiled the well known collection of Hadeeth in his famous book Biharul Anwaar. He has written others books as well. His grading is according to his own research and Ejtihaad. Other scholars have their grading which can be like or different from his grading as all the Mujahid scholars are free in their research in the narrators and narrations.

Al-Kaafi book has the most authentic collection of narrations of Hadeeth but we don't say that every narration in al-Kaafi is equally authentic. The expert scholars have their right to study and verify every narration.

Not at all.

All prominent Shia Scholars believe that Quran is intact and never been distorted.
Shia enemies put false allegations on us including in this matter. If they read our books properly, they will see that our faith is that Quran is intact. Sunni books have narrations from Omar that Sura al-Ahzaab was like Sura Baqarah, and from Ayisha that a Quranic chapter was eaten by a pet. These Sunni narrations and any similar narration are rejected by us because we believe that Allah (SWT) has promised to save and protect Quran from any discretion. (Sura Al-Hijr, verse 9).

We do believe that many persons tried and still trying to twist the meaning of some Quranic verses to make it in accordance to their wrong claims, but Qurani'c words are intact.

Shia scholars have written books on this subject confirming our faith in the intact Quran.
