Atheism is, in the broadest sense, the absence of belief in the existence of deities. Less broadly, atheism is the rejection of belief that any deities exist. In an even narrower sense, atheism is specifically the position that there are no deities.

The claims of atheists are based on their misunderstandings. If you analyse their claims carefully, you will see how their claims are false.
1. You can discuss their claims with any trusted scholar who can explain to you more facts.
2. You may read on the internet or in the library some books written to counter the misleading claims or doubts of atheists.

3. It is very useful to repeat reciting Sura al-Tawheed and LA ILAAHA ILLALLAH, and ASTAGHFIRULLAH WA ATOOBU ELAYH.

In one of the Qur'anic suras I have read it stated that "Allah hates the aggressor." Is a Muslim a true believer if he or she is the aggressor against his fellow human being whether that person be a Muslim, Jew, Christian, or atheist?

Any type of aggression against any human being , Muslim or non Muslim and even against peaceful animals or nature is very bad and Allah does not like the aggressors.

Bismihi ta'ala

If it is your house, then you must have authority over what enters it and what happens inside the house. Instead of getting to the stage of disowning, or expelling them from your house, try to get them to compromise.

For example, ask them to cook their non-halal means outside.

Also, continue to do as much dua for them as possible, that Allah ta'ala enlightens their heart and guides them. Remember that the dua of a parent is always answered.
