Rhinoplasty, commonly known as a nose job, is a plastic surgery procedure for correcting and reconstructing the nose. There are two types of plastic surgery used – reconstructive surgery that restores the form and functions of the nose and cosmetic surgery that improves the appearance of the nose. Reconstructive surgery seeks to resolve nasal injuries caused by various traumas including blunt, and penetrating trauma and trauma caused by blast injury.

Yes, there is no shar'i problem with having nose surgery for cosmetic reasons, even if it would beautify you, as long as it does not entail any other haram. 
No, you would not need to hide your nose.

Yes, you can. There is no shar'i problem with that, as long as it does not entail any other form of haram, like non-mahram touching, or, if you are a female, removing of hijab, etc. 

Bullies will always bully. If it was not your nose that they wanted to bully about, it would be something else. So your self-confidence should always be high, and this cosmetic surgery could help you, but your spirit must always be strong.

Yes it is permissible if there is a medical reason, and even for aesthetic reason if it does not harm your health.
