If you know that it is a Riba between Muslims, then it will be the not permissible to deal with it. If the finance is given by a non Muslim to a Muslim, then it is permissible if it is done according to their own laws.

Firstly I pray that you may come out of the current situation you are in and that you may be blessed with the best of houses.
The example you have mentioned would not permit one to shorten their Salahs and doing so would make your Salah incomplete. You should try your best to make sure that you are praying each Salah in full unless you are able to shorten with the correct conditions.
These salahs would not be valid as they are incomplete. in terms of combining if you mean praying Asr after zuhr, and isha after Maghreb, then this is always valid regardless of where one is.

Obligatory Prayers have obligatory conditions including standing steadily facing the Qibla which is not possible during driving. If the time of the obligatory Prayer is going away, you must stop driving and perform your Prayer with its obligatory conditions, then continue your journey.
Recommended Prayers can be performed while driving or walking or traveling.

She must pray in standing position where ever she can and not in sitting position when she is able to stand. If she prays in sitting position while she is able to stand, her prayer will be invalid.

If you take the money from a Non Muslim bank and use it in lawful way, then it is allowed.
If you take the money from a Muslim bank, then you must have with them an agreement within the frame of Islamic rules of business.
