Yes. In Sermon of Ghadeer the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) clearly mentioned : No one got witness of Allah that he is in the Paradise but Ali, in  (HAL ATA 'ALAL INSAAN)(Sura al-INSAAN) which was revealed because of him (Ali) and never revealed for any one else, and no one was praised in this Sura but Ali. (Sermon of Ghadeer).

The Prophet (SAWA) also stated in the Sermon of Ghadeer: By Allah, Sura Al-'Assr was revealed in Ali (BUSMILLAH ARRAHMAAN ARRAHEEM, WAL 'ASSR, INNAL INSAANA LAFI KHUSR) except Ali who believed and accepted  the truth and had patience. (Sermon of al-Ghadeer).

Wassalam.
