No. Everything from the pig is Najis and consuming Najis item is impermissible. You can search for an alternative which is not porcine derived. If you find an injection containing that material then it will  be permissible to inject it, like injecting porcine pancreatic insulin which is permissible,  but consuming any porcine derived material is not allowed at all.

I have consulted a specialist who said that PCOS is not a difficult condition and it can be cured with correct treatment. In such case you do not need to inform your husband about it as far as the proper treatment is going on or will be started.

Illness has it's rules in Islam, including not fasting if illness can be initiated or worsened by fasting. I'll person who can not fast is not going against the orders of Allah, but obeying Him by not fasting.

Not allowed because shellfish itself is not allowed for us to consume. Any material from any animal which is not allowed for us to consume, is also not allowed.
