If she wanted you to recite on her behalf and both of you agree the period (Muddah) of marriage and the (Mahr), you say: ZAWWAJTU MOWAKKILATI (her name) LINAFSI 'ALAL MAHR AL-MA'LOOM LIL MUDDATIL MA'LOOMAH. Then say immediately: QABILTU ATTAZWEEJA LINAFSI 'ALAL MAHRIL MA'LOOM LIL MUDDATIL MA'LOOMAH.

If your Arabic is not proper, you should seek help from a person who can pronounce a Arabic properly.

If she is from People of Book (Ahlul Kitab non Muslims) and you have already  a Muslim wife in permanent marriage, you need the permission of your Muslim wife before engaging in temporary marriage with a woman from Ahlul Kitab ( Christian , Jewish, Zaorastrians).
