Asalamu alaykom, 

You would have to re-do your wudu. Any act which invalidates wudu even while you are doing it, means you start from the beginning again and re-make you intention. If however you did any of these acts during ghusl, it wouldn't invalidate ghusl, but only your wudu and therefore after ghusl, you would need to re-do your wudu when your hair and feet are dry.
