The feeling of self admiring and superiority on others is bad and harmful. Narcissistic personality is away from the teachings of all the prophets and Infallible Imams who practiced and taught their followers to always be humble and down to earth. Yet, we don't call narcissism as a mental condition which exempts the person from any responsibility.
