Is my freelance employment in the camera department of the film industry considered allowed if the stories associated with the films often promote un-Islamic thinking, even though my work is not directly linked to the narrative?

I am what is called a 'camera assistant' on a film crew. On-set my tasks relate to camera work and it is purely technical thus I am associated exclusively with my department and I have no effect on the the script writing nor the propagation of the films, shows and commercials I participate in. Often times the stories they tell or the ideas they promote are against Islamic thinking. Do I share in the sin? please explain in detail as I support myself through this work and the answer here might force me to reconsider.

Promoting sinful acts is a sinful act, and earning from any sinful act is unlawful.

Muslim should never work or help in promoting un-Islamic thinking or behaving.
