I live in USA and I work in hospitals. I wear scrub pants and shirt and I am fully dressed and also wear Hijab but when I do my prayers can I do in pants or I have to change my clothes?

Bismihi ta'ala

As long as you are covered within the shar'i requirements for prayer, and your clothes are tahir, you can pray in those clothes, with no problem, in shaa Allah.
