If there is no way that you can get married, you should fast as many days as you can. This is the Prophetic teaching for those young persons who are unable to get married.
The Hadeeth says: O, young ones, whoever from you can marry, let him marry, surely marriage helps modesty and low gazing, and those who can not get married should keep fasting, because fasting suppresses sexual desire.
