No. Salah must be performed as the Prophet (SAWA) performed it and ordered us : Perform Salah as you saw me performing Salah. This Hadeeth is authentic in Sunni books like Bukhari and Shia books as well.
'If you mean by prayers the supplications,then yes,bit is allowed to supplicate in your own language but Prayers (Salah) must be performed in Arabic.
