The Hadeeth says: The Masjid of the woman is her house مسجد المرأة بيتها.

Muslim woman can pray in Majid of school if there is another benefit like learning or attending a Majlis or any other useful purpose which can't be achieved from home.

Muslim women used to pry in the Masjid behind the Prophet (SAWA) which means that it is good to that with all arrangements of Hijab.
