When I say Subhanallah the "b" sound sometimes comes out as "p" though I intend for it to be "b". Is my prayer invalid because of this? If so, do I need to repeat all the prayers I performed before realizing this issue?

No need to repeat your previous Prayers as far as you did not intend the wrong reciting. You need to be careful to recite the right way in your Prayers.
