Marriage, as it relates to two people, is something which both sides are comfortable with and is done on their own volition - there is no compelling one person to marry someone else - either by way of family and friends or by Allah. Yes, there are supplications which can be found in books such as "Selecting A Spouse: The Heavenly Path" by Abbas and Shaheen Merali which offers some prayers and supplications to assist in these regards.
