It is good to follow
<p>It is good to follow the rules of Tilawah while reciting Quran, but it is not obligatory to follow all these rules even during Namaz. The obligatory part in reciting Quran during Namaz is recite it correctly.</p>

Jesus is a Prophet of God, so even if we accept that these are miracles, it proves that he is the messenger of Allah and is holy.
