Thank you for your question. The issue of appropriate boundaries is something that everyone has to navigate until they find what is comfortable yet, faithful to their identity as Muslims. You can be friendly, kind, positive, and helpful without transgressing any of the boundaries of Islamic law, through your words, body language, and attitude. The important part is to remain in control of yourself and how you want those relationships to look like. At times, others may not understand immediately as they may not interact with Muslims that often, or interact with Muslims with other attitudes, but that is part of the process of making genuine friends, who value your boundaries, rather than compromising what you believe in to fit in. This is part of the journey of life and trust that you will settle on what is appropriate and comfortable in your interaction with others and especially non-Mahrums.

May you always be successful

Someone feels that it is already happening in a mosque, and had stopped praying there.

No because epoxy would be a barrier between you and the thing which is permissible to do sajdah on.
