Strictly from Quranic text, how is circumcision permissible when Allah (swt) specifically states that he has created man in perfection in a number of verses, the foreskin being his creation and not a deformity?

Strictly from Quranic text, how is circumcision permissible when Allah (swt) specifically states that he has created man in perfection in a number of verses, the foreskin being his creation and not a deformity?

Isn't altering what Allah swt created, the foreskin as a part of the male organ like an eyelid is to an eye, a great sin and forbidden?

Maybe it is necessary for the first 7 days of life. 

At least we can say it is like hair and nails that we should cut them...
