If someone has over six years of fasts that he was negligent about due to not being on the right path, but is on the right path now, how does he make up those fasts? Is there Kaffarah for deliberately not fasting, or is it just Qadha?

There is a Qadha' and Kaffara for every day of missed fasting of the Month of Ramadhan. The Kaffara is either fasting two consequent months or feeding sixty poor believers.

Qadha must be done as soon as possible.
