I am suffering from a medical condition where I expect to get paralyzed from head to toe in a year or so and unable to eat or breathe without assistance. Is it permissible to commit suicide in such a scenario?

The Mercy of Allah is greater than any difficulty.

You should always seek the help of Allah (SWT) and keep taking His name YA RAMAAN YA RAHEEM
