Pious waiting believers (Muntadhireen) who passed away before the reappearance of Imam Al-Mahdi (AS) will be raised to be with the companions of the Imam on his reappearance. This is what we read in Du'a Al-'Ahd every morning اللهم إن حال بيني وبينه الموت الذي جعلته على عبادك حتما مقضيا فأخرجني من قبري شاهرا سيفي مقلدا قناتي ملبيا دعوة الداعي في الحاضر والبادي.O Allah; If death takes me from this life, take me out from my grave handling my sword and weapon to respond to his call.

Mut’ah marriage is not allowed with atheist or Mushrik unless and until she believes in Islam or a holy book like Torah or Bible (to be from People of Book). It is not only reciting the Kalma but more importantly believing that No Gods but Allah and Mohammad is His messenger (to be a Muslim),  or believing in Judaism or Christianity to be from Ahl al-Kitab. With out that, the marriage is invalid.

She can remarry the same man after she invalidates the Khul’a by talking back what she gave to him, then the Khul’a will turn into usual Talaq and then she can re marry to him. Most people misunderstand the meaning if Khula and think that it a one sided divorce from the wife to her husband. Khul’a in fact is a type of Talaq in which the wife gives an amount to her husband to make agree to divorce her, i.e. she pays him to free her from the bond of marriage. If she takes back what she gave him, the Khul’a will be invalid and the divorce will be a usual one Talaq.

You as a sister, have to power nor authority on your brother's life. The best you can do is advising him in a nice way which can be accepted by him. As far as your parents decisions, you should keep full respect for them and if you have a suggestion, you should be very polite in presenting your suggestions to your parents. If you feel that their decisions regarding your brother's life are not correct, you try to explain your opinion to them in a very polite way and you can request respected other family members to talk to your parents in a nice way.

Performing Salah with the congregation has great importance in Islam and the reward of Salah with the congregation can not be compared with Salah individually at home. If you feel that praying at home makes you focus more, you can do so in recommended Salah which is double the number of the daily obligatory Prayers. Daily obligatory Prayers are 17 Rak'ats, while the daily recommended Prayers are 34 Rak'ats. It is mentioned in many authentic Hadeeths to perform recommended Prayers at home and perform the daily obligatory Prayers in the Masjid with the congregation (Jama'ah).
