In general, if it does not classify as "zeenah", beautifying oneself, it would be permissible, however Ayatullah Udhma Sistani does not allow even soft or natural looking makeup.

Is it allowed to purchase and use makeup or skincare products from Korean or non-Muslim brands that lack Halal certification, provided that the products I buy are vegan?

Yes it is allowed to apply any make up or skin care product even if if it contains non Halal ingredient. If you are that it does contain Najis ingredients, you just need to wash the area with water before performing Wudhu or Salah.

Yes it is permissible to use or apply makeup or skin care products whether it is Najis or not Najis. If you are sure that it is Najis, you should wash the area before Wudhu or Salah.

If your question is about the minimul wajib for the husband to do, under nafaqah, then no, he does not need to give her additional to what the wajib nafaqah is.

The financial maintenance wajib upon the husband is to pay for whatever needs the wife has, according to their status.

Yes, the husband should do that, out of his good will, for her to have savings for herself, and buy things she is interested in.

Is it permissible to draw a picture of an unknown female face only with hair and heavy makeup and then sell it as artwork?

No. It is not permissible to display or sell a picture of a female exposing her hair and with make up on her face.

Such picture will promote wrong attitude against women which is used by the sinners who look at the female a source of sexual amusement. Woman is much higher and more noble than to be used as a piece of artwork.

Is it allowed to go a family gathering where women have worn makeup and dressed improperly? And although men and women may be sitting at different tables, there is no barrier. Would it be permissible if not going there would mean severing ties of kinship?

It is very important to have good relationship with your relatives but that should never make you disobey Allah in sitting with females who improperly dressed or wearing makeup. We must avoid such gatherings until the participants make proper sitting arrangement for men and women with out mixing.

If a beautician performs beauty services on female faces such as makeup, lashes, eyebrow microblading and tattooing, is the beautician liable to Allah (swt) if they show their faces to non-Mahram men and on social media?

If you definitely know that this female will use your beauty services in sinful way, then you should not help her in doing wrong. If you do not know that and they do wrong later on, you will not be responsible of their sinful acts.

Is it permissible for a Muslim woman to create videos on Youtube if she dresses modestly without any makeup and the videos are without any music?

Muslim female must keep herself away from harmful exposure to non Mahram men. Full Hijab is must and she should not allow any misuse to her photo or video especially if she is young or looks attractive.

'It is permissible for Muslim woman to teach or guide others through Internet including YouTube etc after being sure that she is abiding to the Islamic teachings which aims to protect her from any type of exploitation.

Is a female flight attendant allowed a certain minimal makeup, including a red lipstick, that is part of the uniform and is necessary for her work?

It is not allowed for any Muslim female to wear any type or any degree of makeup in front of non Mahram men . If your employers force you to put red lipstick or any type of make up in front of men, then you must avoid that even if you have to leave the job if they insist on forcing you to do that, because it is against the teachings of Quran (Tell the believing women to lower their gaze and protect themselves (from sinful sexual acts) and not to show off their adornment except what is apparent .(Sura 24, Verse 31).
